Do I need Telegram?
You can browse and download in a web browser after logging in. Telegram is useful for sending files to chats and for some bot notifications.
How do I get a department code?
From your program coordinator or department head. The code links you to the correct graduate program.
Are my files secure?
Access is limited to approved program members. The library is not public; join requests can require department approval.
Does it work on desktop?
Yes. Open the site in any modern browser after logging in, or use Open library in the bot inside Telegram.
How long until my request is approved?
It depends on your department. Some programs open enrollment automatically; with approval mode, admins review requests in the admin panel.
How much does it cost?
Each department sets this. Talk to your coordinator or contact us to register a department — there are no public prices on the site yet.
